OJT: A journey to becoming a true KLES family
KLES OJT program is designed specifically for new employees to develop KLES’s culture and core values, and to help them grow professionally. The main objective of OJT is to share the visions and missions of KLES through a systematic training program, helping them on their journey to becoming a true KLES family. OJT for the first half year was carried out in June for seven new employees, and they are already halfway through the training.
What made KLES OJT special is that each session was led by the person in charge of the actual work, giving vivid know-hows. The new employees were also given a chance to visit the power plant site. This OJT will add up to the new employees' experience, allowing them to grow into successful KLES members.
